The Asticom Group of Companies, a shared services provider under the Globe Group, launched its Asti Shared Services Center (AstiSSC) to enhance business operations efficiency and hasten client service delivery.
AstiSSC expedites the execution of crucial business services across different Asticom subsidiaries to keep pace with the group’s aggressive growth. By accelerating the delivery of services to Asticom’s clientele, AstiSSC helps the group create a better value proposition for its customers.
“Launching AstiSSC is our response to the exponential growth we’re experiencing at Asticom. It ensures that we remain on top of the business needs of our clients and that we deliver the right solutions timely and efficiently. This initiative enables us to continuously help businesses in their growth and create more opportunities for Filipinos,” said Mharicar Castillo-Reyes, Asticom President and CEO.
To further develop and scale-up AstiSSC, Asticom sets its sights on leveraging the latest technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. By utilizing the data gathered in the interactions between clients and employees in the system, the group aims to provide a personalized and enhanced customer experience.
Asticom, a shared services company under the Ayala conglomerate, has three subsidiaries. Last year, it introduced Asti Business Services Inc. It also established BRAD to further expand and build its services in the IT-business services outsourcing, engineering, and logistics industries. In the same year, Asticom acquired HCX Technology Partners Inc., which offers innovative solutions and services that enable HR and other core units to leverage on leading-edge platforms, systems, and tools to improve productivity, enhance user experience and reduce costs.
Asticom strives to continuously improve its business solutions and internal systems to propel its clients and people towards greater growth. Its efforts are already yielding significant results, with Asticom reaching the P2-billion revenue mark in 2021 after just six years of operations.
With this dramatic growth, Asticom aims to capture a bigger market in the Philippines and expand its services to the rest of Southeast Asia. It is also gearing up to introduce new technologies and innovations to widen its scope of services.
The company supports the advancement of both large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises through tech-enabled solutions.
