My type 3 outfit - After i discovered my tru self |
before i discovered i was a Type 3 |
That we all are made of these 4 elements and we unconsciously exude them in our traits, behavior, thought process and our physical appearances.
I am so glad to be able to share it to all of you too. I would like to know your thought about the two photos above. I guess, you would definitely go for the first one. =)
That's my type and the below image is not so my type, I look so masculine instead of looking feminine in that floral skirt. Definitely the black colored top also does not suite me.
I will talk about more of it very soon, how this profiling has really helped me understand my being me.
For more info, you can also head out to http://thecarolblog.com to know more about what I am talking about.
For now, let's bask in the sunshine and head out to the beach???
Ciao!

Hi Mommsies!
You might wonder why there is this thing going on in my blog.
Well, i have signed myself up into this deal with myself that I'll go on and hopefully become a member of the hot mommas out there. just kidding!
Actually, I have started this blog series to motivate myself, to lose all the weight gained after pregnancy with Adi.
If you have been reading my blog, you would know that I delivered via C-section. yes, I went through all the misery and pain. It's like having an LBM/diarrhea/dysmenorrhea type of thing that you think it's not gonna end.
If you are a mom. You will know. Relate? I went through labor for 13 long hours!
But so much of that, now I have moved on.. my scars are still there and the big flab is still hanging on for it's dear life. I tend to lose my self-confidence thinking that I am not good at it. That other moms have long moved and lost those flabs. That they are all again sexy, like nothing ever happened? You know how that feels?
So, this post is all about a promise-to-self-motivating-reason-to-blog post.
Hope you get some ample time to go along with me in this journey.
Let me know if you're also a mom who delivered thru C-section and will maybe share some info in here on my blog. =)
Gold's Gym is one of the renowned gyms I have personally known. Yeah, I don't mean to sound really well-versed with working out. This is my first time to even enroll or be a member. But yeah, I'd like to call it lucky when I bought the metro deal voucher for only 1.4k plus instead of 4k for a month membership.
One of the group exercise classes they offered is the famous BODY COMBAT, unlike ZUMBA it is more of intense workout. More cardio of some sorts. and toning more of the muscles.
That's all for now, I failed to take some shots of the threadmill and the octane chuva machine where I did some cardio workout too. But i promise to do a shot next time.
My Progress:
Previous Weight: 138 lbs
Current Weight: 134 lbs
Weight Loss: 4 lbs.
Thanks for reading.. Till my next post!
=)
share me some of your tips?

That Moment at Durano Eco Farm Spring Resort
Thursday, August 7
Hi Mommsies!
How are you all doing?
I am really sorry for having to post very late.
I had the chance to escape the awesome household to check out this awesome place in Carmen, just a few hours bus ride from my home in Mandaue.
I was just preparing my things and packing really early so I can still catch up with the bus and my colleagues from work. What I bought with me were just shorts, flipflops, and the purple sleeveless blouse my cousin from HK gave me.
After just about two hours, I was there na! =) wohoo!
I rode a bus going to North of Cebu and stopped by the Carmen Public market and rode again a habal habal for only 15 minutes or so. =) I just love being here in CEBU. Again, there is really no place like my hometown..
And when I got there. Just serene. Relaxing. and cold. =)
It was June 12, a holiday. Truly awesome place. Check out this beautiful tree house
if you love nature and want to really take a dip from fresh 'no chlorine' water, better head out up North and check this place.
You can also check out this site here for more details!

Dress: Bazaar; Shoes: Follie |
How's your day today?
It's been a while since I posted an OOTD.
So Now let me ha....forgive my tummy I guess I had eaten too much carbs lately and haven't gone back to running for quite a long while I guess for the last 2 months. =)
Thanks to my sister S who purchased this dress for me.
I am in a dilemma almost everyday on deciding what to wear.
She just bought this dress for 200 pesos. amazing right? and it really fits me perfectly.
Don't get me wrong, I am not really that great in donning fashion ensembles but at least I tried.
For the shoes, I love that it is white and it goes perfectly well with the dress. =)
I bought this pair for only 300 pesos at Pacific Mall Mandaue, because it was on SALE at 50% off.
Save save din pag may time. =)
I liked the over all design of the sandals, wedge kasi and perfect for the office.
Here is a closer look at the design.

The blissful sides of Motherhood
Thursday, July 17
I have been officially a mother for one year and 10 months and 17 days.
A few more to go and Adi and me will celebrate the big day!
Officially 2.
Adi will turn two years old this August and my how time flies so fast.
One moment I see him and he is still like a baby to me. The baby I will alyways cuddle along at night and
every mornings that I wake up.
Each day, I am thankful.
Thankful for the days that I get to spend with him.
Being at work is like a pain and a sweet thing all rolled into one.
I am glad that I have work to be able to sustain our needs, my son's and my family's.
I am grateful for each moment I see myself become a strong person amidst all the trials, misses, one cannot always say that the road is easy.
Motherhood will never be easy.
Each day. Life is unfolding. As we teach our child about life they show us what really Life is all about.
No one will ever understand the pains, the simple joys, the strength a mother has to master.
How simply we set aside our joys, our time and our efforts to raise our kids.
To feed them when they are hungry, to cloth them when they are cold.
To be their source of strength and them our only source of joy.
We are strong because of our children.
And that no body can ever break the bond that was there since we carried them inside our wombs.
No one else can replace or even surpass this.
That is why today, I am forever grateful that I am a mother.
Let's celebrate!
Cheers!
