Yomomma Discovers: Cafe Chips!
Monday, March 24
Last week, I managed to get to a place just across our house in Mandaue Cit at 8 pm after work. =)
Copenhagen Residences just recently had it's soft opening on the 7th floor of the building.
Actually, I was just plain curious that I headed up on the elevator to see the place for myself.

Fully 85% of your success and happiness in life is going to be determined by the quality of
the relationships that you develop in your personal and your business activities. Similar to
famous entrepreneurs, the more people you know and who know you in a positive way,
the more successful you will be and the faster you will move ahead.
At virtually every turning point in your life, someone is standing there to either help you or hinder you. Famous entrepreneurs make a habit of building and maintaining a network of high-quality relationships throughout their lives, and as a result, they accomplish vastly more than the person who goes home and watches television each night.
More than 90% of your success will be determined by your “reference group.” Your reference group is defined as the people with whom you habitually identify and pass the time.
You are like a chameleon in that you take on the attitudes, behaviors, values, and beliefs of the people with whom you associate most of the time. If you want to be a successful person in business, if you want to become one of the famous entrepreneurs, associate with positive people.
Associate with people who are optimistic and happy and who have goals and who are moving forward in their lives. At the same time, get away from negative, critical, complaining people. If you want to fly with the eagles, you cannot scratch with the turkeys.
Whenever you meet new people, ask them to tell you about their businesses and, tell you what you would need to know to send clients or customers to them. Then, as soon as possible, see if you can send some business their way. Be a “go-giver” rather than a go-getter. Always look for ways to put in before you start thinking of ways to take out.
The very best way to network and build your relationships is to constantly look for ways to help other people achieve their own goals. This is the best secret for learning how to make money without expecting something in return.

pause, savor and remember. If you're inspired to do the same, leave a

Sinulog 2014: Security Tips
Here are some few personal security tips for the coming Sinulog that I'd like to share with you... Pit Senyor!!!
PERSONAL SECURITY
This guide
is full of tips that can help you avoid becoming a victim of a crime when you
are out and about enjoying the solemn procession or the street party. By taking a few simple
precautions, you can reduce the risk to yourself, and also discourage those
who commit crime. Bear in mind that a lot of other people are coming to visit
and watch the celebration, this may include bad elements.Sinulog 2014 Schedule
Sinulog 2014 Traffic Schedule
Be prepared
- Always be alert and aware of the people around you.
- Educate yourself concerning prevention tactics.
- Be aware of locations and situations which would make you vulnerable to crime, such as alleys and dark parking lots.
- Be alert to your surroundings and the people around you, especially if you are alone.
- Whenever possible, travel with a friend.
- Stay away from very crowded areas as much as possible.
- Walk confidently, and at a steady pace.
- Make eye contact with people when walking.
- Do not respond to conversation from strangers on the street, continue walking.
- If you carry a purse, hold it securely between your arm and your body.
- If you carry a Camera or any electronic devices with you, make sure it is attached to your body with a use of a sling.
- Always lock car doors after entering or leaving your car.
- Park in well maintained areas.
- Have your car keys in your hand so you don't have to linger before entering your car.
- Check the back seat before entering your car.
- If you think you are being followed, drive to a public place or a police, or fire station.
- Don't stop to aid motorists stopped on the side of the road. Go to a phone and request help for them.
- Lexmark Parking area is open for employees.
- Avoid bringing too much valuables while enjoying the Street Party.
- Wear comfortable clothes, shirts, pants, etc. . . .
- Don't forget to bring your own bottled water, if you need to buy one, buy from a reliable source.
- Don't invite trouble — keep gold chains out of sight; don't flash your jewelry; and turn your rings around so the stones don't show.
Everyone should consider it his/her responsibility to report crime. Many criminals target favorite areas and have predictable methods of operation. When you report all the facts about a crime, it helps the police assign officers in the places where crimes are occurring or where they are most likely to occur. At least one out of two crimes in the United States goes unreported, either because people don't think the police can do anything about it, or because people don't want to get involved. If you don't report crime, this allows the criminal to continue to operate without interference.
Enjoy!
